Eli Birthday

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ELI!!!!
Grandma J gave him a card with three one dollars the way ELi put it . He was really excited about the money.





























He also got to open these fruit snack. I thought he would really not be very happy with this present since all he has talked about it the Green machine.
This to most of us would be a big wheel modified.
He loved it and rode it most of the afternoon.














He had also mentioned he really wanted a monster truck cake. I was a little concerned about it since I had never tried to use fondant. I really wanted to try it so we made this cake.
















Cad was lighting the candle. He ended up lighting it twice since when he blew the match out he blew out the candle for Eli.















All in all it was a great day.

Grandmas birthday

We bought her some socks and mom bought her a really pretty shirt.
Grandma's 91 st birthday .
She received really pretty flowers from Roger and Pat. Doreen also sent money for flowers and Eli picked them out. Grandma J loves them all.














The Blackfoot senior center had a party for 90 year olds. I took her down and she had a really good day. Thank you all for helping her have a wonderful birthday.

We took the boys to the fair to ride the rides.
We arrived bought wrist bands so they could ride as many rides as they wanted.











Eli went and got on the swing ride all by himself I started to feel a little sad that he was so big he really didn't need me as much anymore. He had a blast and laughed the whole time on this ride.














Beau and Coby went to together and rode quite a while and Eli and Devon rode rides together. He also went on these rides and the slide. about 50 times. He loved the slide the most.














I think all in all we had a good night.





























Coby and Beau met up with us and Beau was feeling a little sick but Devon and Eli were going to ride the marry go round. Coby decided to ride with him. We thought this picture made him look a little scared of this ride.

He really didn't want me to take his picture.

Labor day 2010

We were hanging out. Just being together and Beau went out to start some hotdogs on the grill
he cooked them all and came in the house. I came to the kitchen and Cad says to me the neighbor has a fire.














I sent Cad over to the neighbors house next door to use his hose to help put it out. The neighbors wasn't home at the time. In the upper left hand picture is then neighbor next door to the one that had started the fire. The fire department came out and put the fire out.















The kids all got to go see the fire department guys. They thought it was pretty neat.

Cads birthday

For Cad's Birthday he wanted Chicken cordon blue and dutch oven potatoes. While I was at the store getting the groceries with Eli. Eli found these marshmallows. So after dinner we let the boys roast them over the hot coals.














Here Cad is opening his present. He received 2 bags of Jerky. He also had tickets to the tractor pulls and ran in the Derby the following Saturday. He was only going to go watch but at the last minute John his buddy called him with a car that was almost done so he ran in the derby. He made it to the finally like he usually does and then got stuck so he had to break his stick.















I also made him and angel food cake. This is the first time I have ever made this kind of cake. It wasn't really as hard as I thought it would be here is Devon really wanting to taste it.

September 3rd 2010

On September 3rd I went and helped mom at the fair, hanging the quilts. These are some of my favorite ones.














The snowman one on the left of this page is one I am trying to make. I am excited to work on it.

September 1 2010 First day of school

The kids were all ready to go to school.
Here is Devon thinking he is very cool.



























Coby was excited in a way. I think he was going to miss hanging out and watching T.V.

Beau was very silly. I was trying to get a group picture but there was to much excitement. They also had some extra time on there hands so I had them help with the dishwasher before they went to school.
