First Day of school 2011!!!

Here are the boys ready for school Beau is excited and ready to go to school. Coby isn't quite as excited as everyone else is. He did have a short summer do to choosing to go to summer school.

Devon was excited to go to 4th grade. Beau was trying to get Coby to be excited and look happy.

Eli didn't get to go until the next day so here is a picture of them on the second day of school also.

Beau and Coby were getting ready to go on an Camp out. So Eli was trying them on and showing off that he was big enough to wear these big heavy packs.

Swing attach!!

Here is Eli after the swing attached him. We were at one of Devon's footballs practices. When they got done Devon pushed a swing and ran under it so Eli thought that he could do it also. Eli wasn't has fast as Devon so it hit him and knocked him down. This is the what he looked like afterwards.

My quilt!

This is some of the progress on the quilt that I am working on. The top is still not quite finished but we are working on it at times.

Last day of camping!!

We weren't having much luck with fishing while we were camping so we headed home. We then decided to go to Ririe reservoir and go fishing and let the boys play in the water.











They each took turns playing in Beaus homemade Kayak.




Beau was trying to stand up and fish out of his kayak and end up in the water. We all had a great time.

Camping trip!!!

We planned a camping trip for the weekend Beau and Coby came home from Nebraska. Grandma C brought them home and the next day we went camping as a family.
We headed out to Red Fish Lake.
We ended up camping at a little lake close to Red Fish Lake.

Just before we found our camp site we say this deer.








Here is a view of the lake we stayed close too.
It was a very clam and pretty lake. The next day we packed everything up and hike to see if we could find yellow belly lake which was pretty close to where we camped.










We hiked quiet a ways to see if we could find Yellow belly lake. We did get where we could see the water through the trees but it was still quite a ways away so we decided to turn around and head back to the car so we could go find another camp site for the night. On our way to another area we saw this car show so we took a break from being in the car and looked at the cars. These are some of the favorites.




















We then stopped for lunch at a rest area that had a great picnic area. Here is Beau and Eli finishing up . Beau was telling Eli he was going to lick his face clean. Silly Boys!!

What happens if we throw Watermelon at a Ceiling Fan???

It was just Devon, Eli, and I at home. I went in to my room for a few minutes and for some odd reason Devon wanted to see what happened when you throw watermelon at the ceiling fan while it is on. Of course Eli jumped right in to help with it. Monkey see Monkey do. They both were in a lot of trouble.








They found out shortly that it makes a huge mess









Well here is some of the mess we had.




They also learned that when we make a mess. They get to clean it up. It took sometime to clean off the walls and the floor. We also had to clean the carpets in the living room. Do to this decision. They did it all.



















Unfortunately we had to wait a few day to get the ceiling fan do to the fact that none of us are tall enough to reach it even on the step ladder. So we had Beau do it when he got home.









Beau was very willing to help me get it off the ceiling fan. Coby even helped me clean all the light fixtures while we were doing it.
